Pieter-Niel Rossouw and Marius Botha both oversee the production process of our Fangalo wines. This includes the cultivation of the vines in the vineyards, the production process, as well as the final bottling. They cooperate closely with Elsie Pells, the Cape Wine Master, who ensures that the quality of our wine is maintained across different vintages.
